How It Works
Four steps between a stranger and a person who is seen.
Financial and humanitarian assistance is kept entirely separate from any reporting about conditions in facilities.
- 01
Someone is referred
A family member, advocate or legal contact submits a private request. Nothing is published until it is checked.
- 02
The request is verified
Identity and need are confirmed with the referring contact. Only the minimum information needed appears publicly.
- 03
You choose what to support
Food and essentials, phone calls, hygiene, legal document costs, or general verified needs.
- 04
Support is delivered and confirmed
Assistance status moves from allocated to delivered, and the person's page reflects it.
Two separate channels
Requests for financial and humanitarian assistance are handled in one queue. Reports about conditions inside facilities are handled in a completely separate moderation queue, and never influence whether a person receives support.
